I'm a New Yorker and a founder, and I’ve always believed that New York City is the best place on earth to live, work, and play. After YC, I started offering up my own office to fellow founders who needed a place to focus—and the response was overwhelming. It quickly became clear: there was a real need for a space built specifically for builders, disruptors, and people who don’t do 9-to-5s.

That’s what led me to create The Varo—a space for founders who are serious about building companies, shifting paradigms, and pushing limits. But it’s also a space that respects the rhythm of high-performance: work hard, recover well, and surround yourself with people who inspire you to keep going.
